I've been gone for a while. I'm back. I needed to take a break for a while because I was totally burnt-out. Anyway - I'm back in the gym, eating right and trying to get back in shape. It's amazing what a few months of crappy eating and very little lifting will do the midsection, lol. The board looks totally different, but I see most of the same old faces! Anyway - wasss aaap?

No bouncer owns superiormuscle.com, Bass has been coming around angain he also owns **********************.com but most people went there seperate ways after some drama happened but everyone is starting to get back together again and the past is past so alot of the old crew is coming back and posting againComment
