A friend of mine who is a crane operator with the company has been going through some really tough times these last 3 months. His realtonship with his wife has been going south for a while now and he has been really worried about a possible divorce. Well he recently found out that the reason why is that while he has been at work doin 12 hour shifts supporting his family his wife has been leaving his their children at home while she goes off during the day to do crack. When he found this out he filed for divorce and is in custody precedings for his children. His house caught on fire 1 month ago in the middle of the custody precedings and he has been taking his vacation days from work to re-build his home so he and his kids have a place to call home. This last weekend on sun. he was returning from picking up some building materials for his home with a friend of his and fell asleep at the wheel crossing over into oncoming traffic head on with another car instantly killing the other driver. As of today he is in a drug induced coma b/c of stiches in his heart that they had to put in due to the wreck and today they gave him a 50-50 chance of living due to fluid build up on his lungs that they are constantly having to drain. His son also just turned 5 yesterday, alot of guys with the company have bought his son presents and things to keep the little guy in good spirits but I cant even fathom how hard it must be for their whole family.
Please pray for him and his loved ones, this is an absolutely awful situation for anyone and makes me very thankful for every day.
