Geez, I kinda lost all that now that im working. I have tomorrow off so im going to take advantage of it and slug my weight gainer and chow like a linebacker. I lost nine pounds in a week so far ! But im showing definition and im still big and swole. My Kempo instructor says im really massive (for my size), and he thinks im not going to be as flexible ? Bwaahaha ! Im going to have a talk with him tomorrow and explain to him what the deal is as far as my situation and goals. And yes im going to the gym finally. To set some examples ofcourse ! lol
P.S. FUZO,.. eat man, eat !!!Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.
