buy a very large pc of property and build a few houses on it. One for me and mine, one for my sis and hers, one large one fro my Brother, one for my mother, one for my wife's mother and one for out of town family all surrounding a huge lake..

I would buy three 4 plexes and keep them as rental properties. In this market place they would bring an average of $2,800 a month each ($8,400/month). I would continue to keep working and I would take 80% of the money generated off the rentals and invest it. I would keep the other 20% for neseccary improvements. If at the end of the year I have a surplus, I pay some towards my personal debt. All the while, gaining the average 6% appreciation on the properties themselves. That way, if my monetary investments take a dive, I still have the properties increasing.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

put it in a high interest account and live off the interest.... yeilds about 80K a year.I'm Just an old chunk of Coal, But I'm gonna be a DIAMOND some day.
