Ipod +Shuffle= Good music all day!

Side Note- I made a playlist of some harder edged music for the hours of 3-6. For whatever reason i get my harcore lifters in during those times...they love the fact that i supply them with some real get after it tunes!

I even put this in my "new member packet"

"During the hours of 3pm- 6pm heavy metal music will be played. If this is not your personal preference of music...bring your own" <---thats the short version...i'm sure you get what i mean.

Of course it mentions nothing about the volume LMAO!
