O2's avatar is cool and all, but Bryon's avatar.....now that's what I'm talkin bout. This board is cool because most of the members actually know what they are talking about. The biggest reason I come here is that no one flames anyone(other than joking around). Other boards I have been on I hear people calling each other names and acting like 9 year olds, none of that here. Oh yeah and babes of the day is kinda cool

Kinda long story on why I joined FG:

A guy goes over to his friend's house, rings the bell, and the wife answers.

" Hi, is D-S home?"
" No, he went to the store."
"Well, you mind if I wait?"
" No, come in."

They sit down and the friend says "You know Mrs. D-S, you have the greatest breasts I have ever seen. I'd give you a hundred bucks if I could just see one."

Mrs. D-S thinks about this for a second and figures what the hell - a hundred bucks. She opens her robe and shows one. He promptly thanks her and throws a hundred bucks on the table.

They sit there a while longer and he says "They are so beautiful I've got to see the both of them. I'll give you another hundred bucks if I could just see the both of them together."

Mrs. D-S thinks about this and thinks what the hell, opens her robe, and gives him a nice long look. He thanks her, throws another hundred bucks on the table, and then says he can't wait any longer and leaves.

A while later D-S arrives home and his wife says "You know, your weird friend 02 came over. "

So D-S thinks about this for a second and says "Well did he drop off the 200 bucks he owes me?"

And that's the honest story on how D-S and 02 became friends real life and on FG.

I stumbled onto the site while looking for fitness info. I joined because I was thinking it would be good motivation talking to people that know alot about fitness. It's been great!!....... if i miss a day working out, i feel guilty as hell and hate to admit it to everyone here..lol (so, I am not going to admit I have only missed a couple times since I joined..shhhhhhh)

....not to mention all the well muscled men............YUMMY!!

I came here to learn and help about training and AAS. Though the past several months have been a little stressful for me, I still try and come here as often as possible. There is a great group of people here and plenty of knowledge.

I stumbled on this place only a few months before it came into existance, I have talked some good people but I only participate once every couple weeks. I tried to go to other boards but its just not the same.... this is where I belong
