I HAVE FOUND WHEN TRAINING CHEST I PUT ON WEIGHT THAT I KNOW I CAN'T DO FIND A SPOT THEN JUST LIFT IT OFF THE BAR AND HOLD IT, HOPEFULLY TRAINING MY UPPER BODY TO HOLD HEAVIER WEIGHT THEN WHEN I GO BACK TO THE WEIGHT I LIFT IN MY LAST SET THE FOLLOWING SESSION IT SEEMS LIGTHER BECAUSE I'M USE TO HOLDING MUCH HEAVIER SEEMS TO WORK WETHER IT'S PHYSICAL OR PYSCOLOGICAL.
