ROFLMAO! That's the funniest thing I've ever heard.
Ok, seriously now. There are a few things. Do you let the sneeze out or do you hold it in? The typical sneeze travels about 100 mph. Holding it in is not good. For instance, it will rapibly expand the lungs. I have held a sneeze in and literally felt several of my thorasic vertebre move. Kinda like going to the Chiropractor. My uneducated opinion would be that you are experiencing something similar. This movement of one of your vertebre could be causing a temporary pinch of a nerve. However, you are feeling it at the nerve ending. I could be way off but based on my experience with trying to hold sneezes in that's my best guess. I had a bro who sneezed once and he slipped a disc. I kid you not. He was out of commission for three weeks from a damn sneeze. AND, he didn't even hold it, he just sneezed normally.
Besides that, I have no idea. From what you are describing I woudl ahve to say something with the CNS is going on.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

I THINK YOUR DAMN CLOSE T-MAN, PRIOR TO MY BACK SURGERY MY L5 DISC WAS IN AND OUT ALL DAY LONG AND WHEN I SNEEZED I HAD TO SIT DOWN VERY FAST OR GRAB AHOLD OF SOMETHING BECAUSE WHEN I LET IT OUT IT WOULD DROP ME TO THE GROUND AND NOT A DAMN THING I COULD DO ABOUT IT. THIS PAIN IN MY ELBOWS DOES FEEL LIKE PRESSURE ON MY FUNNY BONE NERVE SIMILAR TO IF SOMEONE GRABBED IT AND DIDN'T LET GO FOR ABOUT 15, GREAT POINT ABOUT THE NERVE THING T-MAN I WILL ASK MY NEOROLOGIST. MAYBE IT'S A POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECT FROM MY SURGERY."WHERE THE MIND GOES, THE BODY WILL FOLLOW."
