I think I'm going out to have a few cocktails and find a young hussie to bring back to place. I hate when I do this on Saturday, I always blow my diet. I'm up to doing 800lb seated cable rows. :-) Sorry had to throw that in. I'm off the diet and going to land of the drunken flusy!
