It's phonetically incorerrect. A vowel- consonant- vowel set up makes the vowel (a) a long A. Which means that the A would be pronounced RAY...not RAW....thats like second grade phonics lol....to bad the English language is butchered beyond belief right now....
If the vowels were seperated by 2 consonants then it would be RAW not RAY...
I never would have pronounced it raw-do ...so now we all know
