  • rant, rant, rant...

    As many of you know, I'm on this "get leaner" kick. Well, for the most part I out leg press everyone at my gym. This dude walks in today about 6' and 300 lbs pretty hard. He gets on the LP and goes about 300 lbs over me and rips out the same number of reps. Damn it! That pisses me off and makes me want to go on a strength and bulk cycle. The one exercise that I owned is now gone. Damn, damn, damn....ok...I feel better now. I am going to stick with my plan and get lean.
    I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

    Whats your cycle look like? I forgot, lol! Next spring im going to use the masteron in my lean mass cycle. Why don't you get a bottle of two and run it for 7-8wks. I been hearing super strength gains and razor cuts, that is if you are already at a decent bf%. Im going to do test iranian, eq, and masteron 300mg ew starting wk 5 for 7wks. It is supposed to be injected @ 100mg three times ew. You will still gain with this, but you will get the super strenght when you start using the mast. Just a thought.

      I'm doing the EQ, Iranian enth, and t-bol. But, it's worth looking into.

            Yea, I'm going to do another one in spring but this one is to get some fat off. I will look into it. Thanks mick!

              It was just a thought David, and he wants lean and strength. If you add the mast around wk 4 or 5 for 7-8wks with the eq and tbol it will be killer and you will be tight as hell 007. If the tight, vascular and strength is what you seek try it. I would be doing it this winter, but i want to gain some mass first before spring.

                  LOL. Yeah, that whole "check your ego at the gym door" philosophy doesn't always cut it. I think there's two sides to all of us. One is rational, light-hearted and wouldn't let something like that bother us. The other is - haul ass home, draw up a new cycle, training program, diet, and purposely work legs on the same day that bastard does.

                  Best of luck either way.

                      I do that all the time. It's one game plan until something comes up that makes me think. But, this time I'm sticking to the plan.

                        who cares Tman...2 different men wt 2 different goals.... stick to ur plan and then bulk up again...
                        but if u want to pass him...drop in some HALOTESTIN at 30mg ed for 6 weeks...(major strenght and skin hardening... and tell him he can kiss ur ass
