    I have one in the morning one after workout and one before bed. So make that 3 for me

    A can of $.40 tuna is close to 40g also. I believe 37.5 if you lick the edges..

        I have 2 homemade shakes a day.

        2 cups milk = 16gms
        2 eggs = 12 gms
        1 banana
        = 30 gms

        But the think that sux is that I cannot tolerate milk, Im laying some nasty ones later through out the day.

          One in the morning and one after my workout. Although, after martial arts class I have an Endurox shake. So 2-3 per day.

            i do that too sometimes... throw in a banana and couple of eggs... spoon of olive oil and 2 scoops of whey as well...
