so this morning i get up for my early workout at 8am....legs. Breakfast went well, had plenty of time to workout and still get to work on time, all and all things are lookin up. I put on my favorite boardshorts and tshirt adn head out the door. Get to the gym which is unusually crowded for an 8 am friday morning but i dont mind because theres a couple nice looking girls there that im not used to seeing in the evenings. Anywho i set up my squat rack do a couple warm up sets, knees and back are feelin good so i decide to start into my regular sets. I throw on 405 for my first real set and im off...1 rep, little tight but not bad, 2nd rep, ahh thats better, 3rd rep man this feels good but these pants are tight as hell i can see my balls from the front, 4th rep, now im movin this is gunna be a good leg day, 5th rep WHAMO!!!!! OUT OF NO WHERE AN AMAZING RIPPING TEARING SHREDDING NOISE ERRUPTS FROM MY BACKSIDE AND I FEEL A NICE KOOOL BREEZE SWEEPING UP MY BUTT CRACK AND AROUND MY BALLS. OH SHIT! what do i do........rack that shit and sit down as fast as i can. ............so im sitting there with major hole in the ass of my pants..and im not talking bout a 2 inch tear of even a 6 inch tear, im talking about a tear that u can see my balls from the front and extends all the way to my lower back. and ofcourse im not wearing underwear.....i dont even own a pair of underwear. i would continue with parrt 2 of this which is my excape from the gym. but thats another 2 pages.
