I love Italian food. Of course I'm partial, my mom married an Italian when I was 5 and he raised me so I grew up on authentic Italian cooking. I actually have ahard time eating the Americanized version of Italian food. There are a few that get it right but most suck. What's your favorite dish? Mine is my moms meatball and spicey sausage spaghetti.I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

I make my own version @ home during the week with all wheat pasta and the only difference is that I don't always fry the chicken breast like they do @ the resturants. I like to throw a little Pepper jack cheese on there, too, instead of the normal stuff....not to bad for an Irish guy!
