Aww, it's not that bad. A few sponges and some duck tape will fix it. I have to be honest, I never understood ones desire to live coastal just for this reason. Something liek this greatly out weighs all the sunny days at the beach (in my opinion). That's why I like where I live. The worst thing we have to worry about is a blizzard.

I agree man. I know it goes in cycles: hurricane hits, property values drop, people say "hey I can afford to live by a beach", people buy and live for a while, property values go back up, then...bam, hurricane hits, property values drop, etc...
