I went thru Ivan (140 mph) on Sept 16, 2004 it completely demolished my home on the beach. I cant even imagine 160 mph winds and the devastation she will cause. They will be in my thoughts and prayers tonight. -

The good news is she was downgraded to a catagory $ before she made land fall so it is not likely to be nearly as bad. LA is gonna be spared some of the hard winds as well due to where she is making landfall....been watchin it for hours now. M-MOD @ Genxxl.com

The wind has been whipping pretty bad. But I still have power..."knocking on wood". Thank God they forecasted it bad and most people evacuated and didnt get hurt or caught up in her wrath...
