If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Well, IMO, if you felt like you could go a whole other round I'd have to say you didn't work hard enough. The trick is to fatigue whatever muscles you worked. Those msucles are going to start sucking every bit of glucose they can out of the blood stream to start recovery. So, if you worked hard then it makes sense.
Your preworkout meal should be something with low glycemic index carbs. That means something that converts slowly, this way you get an extended release of glucose. If you eat or drink high glycemic index carbs before then there will be little glucose present in the blood stream at the end of your workout. This will result in fatigue.
