car accident

last nite i got hit by some dude.

he was making a left hand turn and he got rear ended. he had his wheels already cut to make the turn so the other car pushed him into my lane. he hit the driverside rear door and quater. i was headed east bound and he was west bound.

im pretty sore today. i was wearing my seat belt. but my neck and back are still sore.

GLAD YOU ARE OK BADASZ! BE very careful with that neck pain and be sure to check it out and talk to a lawyer asap! (BEFORE talking to his insurance company or lawyer)
There are many lawyers who will rep you and only get paid if they get you some monies for pain and suffering and damages.

sounds like u had a whiplash.. maybe a slight concussion as well...
u should have asked right away to be taken to the hospital by an ambulance etc.....

yeah im not hurt bad jsut sore. myabe ill see a chiropractor. funny thing is i jsut settled a lawsuit from an accident in Feb. of 03. lol. the car isnt a total loss.

my boss sent me homw today like 2 hours early cause he could tell i wasnt up to my normal speed.
ill let u guys know what the Dr. says.

I wish that was true. I was involved in an Accident back in Oct. 2004. I got rear ended and had whiplash. I went to the chiroprator and had 180 days therapy. I saw an attorney and we tried to settle out of court. My attorney requested $18k from Geico (the other person's insurance). They only gave us $1k. They made me get an MRI and a 2nd opinion and said I was not injured so they didn't want to give me any more money. My attorney said most insurance companies are cracking down on frivolous lawsuits now days so it's hard to win any significant amount of money. He was pissed because he was supposed to get 33% of what ever they give me. The $1k was so small that he didn't even bother getting 33% of it.
