Mikey, do you even wear it on warm up sets?

I feel using the belt for anything but your heavy sets makes your lower back weaker from the support provided by the belt, therefore making it suseptable to injury. I only wear it on my heavy sets, generall final or 2 final sets on deads for back & squats only. Other than that don't use it. I too herniated a disk that took forever. I always wore the belt before and now have changed to the above.
