Re: UMBILICAL HERNIA
That sucks bro. I went through similar situation when I hurt my back lifting weights years ago and had to have surgery. I would say try and eat good the entire time off so you don't lose too much size.Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master. I do not condone the use of, nor do I use anabolic or androgenic steroids. My participation on these boards is for informational purposes only. I have done extensive research of AAS and enjoy discussing them for role playing enjoyment.

Re: UMBILICAL HERNIA
I can sympathize bro, had the same surgery late last year & it still aches from time to time. I don't know what your doc told you but mine was outpatient & really didn't hurt to bad post-op. Stayed in the recliner for about a week to reduce stress on getting up & down & only used pain pills for a 2-3 days. Don't know what you do @work but I was told I could go back in a week. The owner of my gym suggested I wait 4 weeks & then started me on some low impact stuff w/ a lot of cardio & moved up @ my own pace. Hope you have a speedy recovery.
