I love eating mass quantities and lifting heavy things... Yes, I am a bit caveman-ish. It is kind of fun being the largest engineer around too. People are less likely to make fun of my pocket protector that way.
I like it all... I like being big(er) and lean. I like pushing heavy weights, the health benefits are nice as well... I find myself never getting sick and always having pretty flawless blood work.
I like it all as well.....I like stress reduction and the difference you feel in working out vs not working out. I also like eating alot, lifting heavy, veins bulging, just feeling good when you wake up and look in the mirror. If you are confident about your appearance it really can be a life altering thing, you create more opportunities for yourself.
I like it all. But if I had to pick one it would have to be that it makes me feel better about myself. I feel like shit if I don't workout for a couple days.
After having a major personal tradegy happen ...i found it to be one the best ways to cope. can be very motivating when you just don't want to get up in the morning.

I love the sense of accomplishment of setting and acheiving goals. I love being stronger than most, I love the release I feel after being stressed out and just hammering the weights, I love the sweat, the blood and the agony.
I like being bigger than everyone else. I like having more energy. I like the theraputic effects I get from lifting. I like eating. I like feeling the pump, and breaking through a plateau to acheive a new level.
Well, there is a list of things like reducing stress, feeling of more energy, vitality etc. I guess though, that it is the one thing that you can have total control of, is your body. Sure there are outside influences that can make it difficult at times, but if you assert your full dedication and use good time management, you can do anything. And to see results and progress that directly show what you have put into yourself and what ppl see is the biggest accomplishment one can make to themselves.
