bouncer and other npc bros

Thier are two or three npc shows in my area this month , one is a national qualifier i think. i am going to the shows and have never been. what should i expect. amount of competitiors ? how proffesional are the local shows? just kind of a general feel. the only bb shows i have ever been to were the olympias in atlanta.

local shows are fun. small venues so you hear everyone yelling and cheering for who they came for. pre-judging is informal and quiet. the night show is mixed, some people get dressed up like at pro shows (although not as many at locals). as bouncer said alot falls on the promoter and the size of the show i.e. novice, state, national qualifier etc.
