    WELL I GET UP IN THE MORNIN AND EAT MULTI OMEGA OILS, FLAX SEED OIL, ZINC, MAGNESIUM, MEGA MEN MULTI'S, GLUCOSAMINE CHONDRITON, VIT "C", MILK THITSLE... AND SO ON, A BIG HAND FULL TO CHOKE DOWN, ARE THERE PREFERRED TIMES OF THE DAY TO EAT CERTAIN VITS.

    Nah, i take mine all in the morning and get it over with. I do take a time-release Vit-C, as i heard it assimilates and is absorbed better.

            I thought they would be better absorbed spread out a bit from eachother throughout the day as the liver and body needs to process them and can only hold/intake and deal with so much at once.

                Yeah, I just do it 2x a day just to spread it out.. Except for the stuff that directions say its just needed once daily.

                  Im thinking alos if you take your vits after workout with your PWO shake (w/ dextrose/malto), the insulin spike will help the vitamin transport the same way it aids in protein and creatine transport

                      Im wondering how the insulin mimicking of ALA works along with the insulin spike from dextrose (in terms of shuttling more nutrients PWO)

                        I take a "once daily" multi vitiman in the morning and at night after meals... you piss most of it out anyway.

                        Take 660mg saw palmetto in the morning and at night and 1500 mg of glucosamine sulfate morning and night.

                        I like to spread it out and drink lots of water to flush it through.
                        I run suicide drills over and over with the weight of the world on my shouders... I'm far from being god, but i work god damn hard.
