Many of you have probably already heard, but for those of you who havent... The helo that went down in afghanistan killing 16 was enroute to extract and provide support for a small group of soldiers in afghanistan that are now unaccounted for. I hope we will all keep the missing soldiers in afghanistan as well as the families of those who died in our thoughts, prayers, meditations, or whatever. Those guys are in a tough spot... lets all hope that they pull through and make it out ok. Thanks.
some afghan rebels are claiming they have captured a US soldier already. Lets hope this doesnt turn into something very bad and disrespectful for these families
AFGHANISTAN IS NO JOKE I WAS ONLY THERE A FEW WEEKS BEFORE BEING SHOT. THERE IS ALOT MORE SPECIAL OPS MISSIONS GOIN ON THATS WHY YOU DONT HEAR AS MUCH ABOUT IT AS YOU DO IRAQ BUT ITS DEF JUST AS BAD.
I JUMP OUT OF PLANES AND KILL MOTHERF*CKERS. WHAT DO YOU DO?
thats what I heard from my good friend, he is stationed in GA and going back for his 3rd tour in 3 years. 1 in afghan and 2 in iraq. When i read this article on cnn i called him and he is still in ga, i wasnt which airborne he was with.
he cant really say details but I know its gotten to him mentally, he was part of the cleanup crew that cleaned up the chopper that went down about 6 months ago...he said there were body parts everywhere, they drive by people that are waiving at them and acting as if they support them and then as soon as they get by they take fire from them. fucked up situation.
