Things are moving along. Training sucks but that's apart of the program. I hate running - especially hills. The academics is mindnumbing but I'll manage. LOL! One of my assignments is to type up a research paper - topic of my choice. I've decided on one that deals with the health benefits of a bodybuilding lifestyle. (NATTY ONLY)
I'm currently trying to gather some research on the topic, which includes subtopics of diet, training, and sleep to help build a better body. Anyways, I'm stuck.
