the only thing those polls are good for are identifying the traits of their views, it is not a statistical indicator of opinion

Some would say the same about our total voting system, but point taken, but again has no point.

As the point of this post is just to simply make your voice heard wheather it is one way or the other and to give a sort or gauage.

Really though this is the argument I hear every time someone does not like the poll being conducted or that was conducted, "It is not reliable."

Actually polls by Gallop and a few others are quite statistically sound and reliable, opinion polls on a website or call-in polls are always skewed heavily because they only reflect those who feel strongly one way or the other. They are not representative.

No voice is being heard by anyone except the producers who want to know how to cater their product to their audience

Yes he did, said there was definately MWDs, there were not, and we're in a mess. IMO, it's the only reason he got re-elected was b/c of the war.

Aren't these the same polls that had Kerry winning by a large margin in Ohio and ect and the election in general?

Point still stands and is deffently valid as these are people and the end reslut is what their opinion is, so we will know that Bla bla number of people feel bla bla way about Bla blah

At no point did I say that this is what the national opinion is, or that the end result should be acted on. All I have said is here is a poll vote, that is it.

So I will refer you to my reply to your first post.

thanks and who is that in your photo?

For Kerry vs Bush Pre-Election all polls that I know of had Kerry winning.

And then you have Bush vs Al and it should that Al did indeed win and then he lost.

So my point with this is that anyone can say that so and so poll is not valid and have a just agrument.

Ok I was not sure if that was you or not, so now I know that you are a guy that is soon to be wed.
