i know kids that there parents will drive them around the block, they cant walk 200yards to thier friends house. its the parents that let these kinda of things fly. society is also changing, so there is the whole fast and convienant trend. but its getting out of hand.

Dude NO!

My mom thought for years that if I was a very fat kid then it was her fault and she was to blame! Actually it wasnt!

For now blame the society!

- Fast food
- stress
- shitty food
- easy way, we are getting lazier!
- Now to be cool you must be on the net and play xbox instead of doing some sports or be out with your friends


its a society matter, it is everywhere in North America, I see it everyday with my kid I coach, When I was their age , sheez thats 10 years ago.
In the warm up we used to RUN 6 laps, now they cant do one lap and they are not even walking, but crawling!!!!

My son eats pizza and eats McDonalds from time to time. I give him some sweets from time to time, but you can't keep that kid inside. We went to the park last night and I swear I must have burned 1,000 cals chasing that little guy around for like 45 minutes. He wasn't even phased. I was absolutely dead. He's only 2 1/2 and I would punt the football and we would chase to get it, back and forth, back and forth. He is wired a lot like me. I hated to be inside when I was a kid. I wouldn't even go in for water, I'd just stick my face under a faucette.

My son gets som much exercise that he is way low on the weight chart. As a matter of fact, his Doc even said "feed him more fat". Litterally, she said that. That's how a kid should be, active from dawn to dusk. Those who aren't get fat.
