Need Suggestions Please....

I'm starting a mortgage company and need suggestions for a company name.

I live in Colorado and anything to do with "Colorado", "Pikes Peak", or "Mountain" are way over played. I want something that is short, catchy and unique. I like Integrity Mortgage but there are over 30 mortgage companies with "Integrity" in the name, so that ones out.

On my honor, if I pick your suggestion, I'll send you $100. The name is the only thing holding me up.

I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

"Caribou Mortgage" and put a pic of a Caribou on your cards and signage like the Hartford does. I know you have Caribou there, as my neighbor an attorney goes there hunting with a bunch of guys a few times a yr.

You can use Mortgage, Funding, Lending, Loan.

I'll have to check and see it Elite is taken yet.

I will do anything I can get done. I've been doing residential appraisals for some time now and I've established myself as a very good appraiser with many lenders. One of them suggested I start a mortgage company because they need more ethical people in the business.

Colorado is not a licensed state so you can originate loans for Colorado residences without a mortgage license. This is why it's so easy for scum bags to get in. I want to cripple those kinds of people with "par" rates and low fees.
