Paranoid...

Two nights ago, I was laying in bed and thought I had heard a car door being shut - I always forget to lock my damn truck. It was around 2:00 a.m. Anyway, I was startled by the sound and decided to get up and ensure the truck was locked; plus I checked my front door as well. Everything was completely secure.

I went back to bed and was laying on my stomach trying to go back to bed when all of the sudden it felt like someone had straddled my back and was attempting to strangle me. I could actually feel the weight bearing down upon me. I freaked the phuck out and thrashed around my bed until I awoke - heart beating 900 miles an hour and eyes wide open in fear. No one was there - just me in my empty bedroom. Needless to say, falling back asleep was difficult due to my paranoia.

Last night I awoke again - didn't hear any noises but had to pee. After I crawled back in bed - this unbelievable fear overcame me. It's like I was anticipating the previous nights events to happen again. Therefore, I didn't get much sleep last night as well. I'm loosing my phucking mind.

wow...sorry to hear it. nightmares always jack me up. after i have them, i lay there trying to figure out what it was and what it means!! i'm sure you were just freaking out becouse you thought you heard something...then again...anyone know where nate was last night???

If you suddenly get a really cold feeling, the hair on the back of your neck stands straight up, and you feel like your being watched then you had an encounter with a ghost my friend. I have one that follows me from house to house and all of my friends freak out with the crap that happens. I just learn to joke about it and not let it bother me.

They say a good way to get rid of bad spirits is say out loud when that stuff happens "In the name of Jesus Christ I command you to leave" If that really works I don't know. But thats what I've read in a few different places.

I am intrigued by spirits, but I would probably shit My pants if i even encountered one. There is one that lives in the bathroom of my boyfriends house, I won't go in there without the lights on. Sucks when you have to pee in the middle of the night

I've had problems with "spirits" before... had a pretty terrifying encounter that nearly made me wet my bed. I was thinking ghosts or spirits when this happened to me because of my previous experience. I'm still freaked out about the whole thing. Told my wife and she got a good case of the heebee geebees...

just kidding those experiences can be a little frightening. I've had a couple myself and you don't really know how to react. Don't know what to tell ya about not being scared brah, just cuss at em or some shit like that, works for me.
