I will surely drop a line to the man upstairs for you. God is the all forgiving and all giving. Just remember that. He hears your every word and every thought. He knows what you want - you don't even have to say it. But nothing pleases Him more than you calling upon Him and having a personal relationship with Him.

well guy's...got a little news..(third party) my brother-in-law called my wife, i guess they hooked him up to diallysis(?) and it "cleared some blockage"(dont know what that could meen for sure) he said he looks much better, and he's hungry...so thats good!! there waiting for an altrsound results for his kidney and heart...he may have also suffered a heart attack...so, now we wait for this...thanks again to all...daved

hey guy's...my wife hasnt been able to get ahold of her dad in fla for a few weeks. he's having trouble with his land line, and us with nextel (hate that comp.). she finally talked to him the day before yesterday, and he said he wasnt doing to well. he had/has cancer, and it was operated on, then went threw kemo and they were sure they got it. that was a few years ago. so, after not hearing for him for 6weeks, he calls. she said he sounded like shit, and was broken up. well, yesterday he was taken to the hosp. we waited to hear and we got the call this mornin that it's kidney failure!! i'm hoping some of y'all can throw in word with the man upstairs.i know some of ya are tight with him, and me and him aint so tight. he felt he need to take away a hero of mine when i was 11, i disagree.-thanks, daved

Daved... you and your wife are in my prayers and thoughts. You can be as close to God as you want to be! Do not be angry that He wanted your loved one before old age. We will never understand life with all of its pain and losses. Keep those memories alive in your hart! I'm sorry for your loss years ago and sorry your wife is faced with this. Your wife needs to make the most of what time is left with her dad whatever that maybe. In life, we take so many things for granite and fail to tell people how we really feel deep down inside.

Just saw this. David, it is never fair to have to go thru pain and suffering, but just be there for them, as sometimes in life you just have to experience things, and somewhere down the road you will find the answers to your questions, and gain insight you would not have had otherwise.
