WELL SINCE IVE BEEN IN RECURRENT TRAINING AT THE AIRLINE WE HAVENT DONE SHIT OUTSIDE,WELL A LITTLE.YESTERDAY WAS THE FIRST DAY WE ALL HAD TO PHYSICALY-SP WORK. I LOADED FOR 5HRS STRAIGHT BAGS FROM LAX.WTF DO PEOPLE PUT IN THERE LUGGAGE.ANY WAY MY BODY HURTS FROM HEAD TO TOE.I'M IN SHAPE FOR CARDIO AND LIFTING WEIGHTS BUT IT ISNT IN SHAPE YET FOR MANUAL LABOR JUST YET.THANK GOD FOR IBUPROFEN
