I definitely don't think you are consuming enough food. This is a common problem in women. You see really large women eating one meal a day and complaining about not losing weight.
Up the clean kcals (more chicken, fish, green veggies, and lean cuts of meat)
SB spreading the truth... I'm in complete agreement. You need to eat clean to lose the fat...
i have started upping my eating, but im not sure about how late to eat? i am not eating anything past 8pm, is this too late to be eating? all im having is a tin of tuna at that time but still im not too sure about that. im going to up my protein drink aswell and have atleast 3-4 shakes a day to bump up my protein levels
As long as it is clean food - NO CARBS PAST 7 - after that Leafy VEggies - lettuce, shouldn't be a problem with a chicken breast or tuna and some balsalmic.
Damn, you could even wake up in the middle of the night and have a protein shake - your body will have a constant supply of GOOD CLEAN FOOD to burn and nothing bad to store.
