My mom is fixing to purchase this program that says by doing a certain breathing technique you can loose lots and lots of weight. It is called Jill Johnson's Oxycise. if anyone has seen this or bought it please explain what type of breathing technique you can do or some proof if it works or not.

Bro, I wouldn't spend the money on something like that. It seems like a spin off of Yoga, which if used right can be very, very beneficial to ones physical and physcological attributes. I don't know who here has done Yoga, but if done right its very beneficial. Strecthing, breathing techniques, and general movements help in calming ones mental state(fina) and increases your flexibility GREATLY!
