I was at this night club last night and had seen some buds that haven`t seen in few months or so.. my sister and bro in law were there too..everyone is tellin me I`m too big or it`s "too much" hell I`m not even 230lbs..and they say its too much...

I guess if they saw BIG MIKE they would run away like biitchess..

it is a compliment.. but sometimes they give you this image like its crazy .. im not supposed to look like the way I look..everyone should have that skinny slim soccer player body ... etc

I do like some muscle on women.

But, No not a huge fan of big muscled women.. sorry HB, im not attracted to your kind

I try and keep a happy medium. I'm not trying to compete so i keep things within reason, but functional strength is important so i still train hard and eat well. I'm not trying get over 225 for long term endurance reasons and to save my knees on long rucks or runs.
