sounds nice.... we have a new pizza hut here in town. It is a italian bistro. It is pretty good. I always eat at the Olive Garden, or Macaronni Grill.

I can't eat any of those and really enjoy them. I was raised by an Italian Step-Father since I was 5. His mom taught my mom all her authentic Italian dishes and I'm ruined for life. I have found exactly 3 restaurants that actually know how to make authentic Italian sauce. Most Italian restaurants are too Americanized and the sauce is too bland or the dishes just flat out suck.

Fortunately for me, my mom has been teaching my wife how to make them. After 4 and 1/2 years of marriage she has like 3 or 4 of the dishes down pat. It ain't easy to make authentic Italian dishes because Italians never use measuring devices they cook by color and smell. You should hear my Grandma go on and on about food, it's funny as hell.

YEA, THAT'S THE SAME WITH MY FATHER-IN-LAW. GREAT COOK, MESSY, BUT AWSOME. HE CANT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THAT YOU DONT HAVE TO MOVE YOUR HANDS WITH A SPOON FULL OF SAUCE TO TALK!!(OR YELL) MY WIFE COOKS GREAT ITALIAN FOOD....TO BAD SHE DONT FIND ENOUGH TIME!!!
