    Flank is #1 and Fillet is #2.

    Flank is the leanest part of the cow and the best for grilling becuase it's a thinner peice so it cooks even. IMO
    I used to have superhuman powers....until my therapist took them away.

                o2 i buy dales but the 2 gallon jugs i love it! they don't sell it around the country tho i think its only in alabama!

                          I am having another fillet tonight.... salad and fresh green beans.. most likely 2 beers as well.
