Never was into the tattoo thing. One thing I have noticed from buddies is that its addictive. They get there first one and they put a bunch of thought into it, then the next one they just run to the parlor and get a tiger or something meaningless to them.

That it is!! I love it as an art form and I'm very glad to see it becoming more socially acceptable. For years, only convicts and gang members had tattoo's. Now, if you strip the clothing off of everyone in corporate America, I'm sure you would be shocked by how many had a lot of ink! If you saw me during the day in my shirt and tie carrying my laptop, you would NEVER guess what I had hiding under my sleves! LOL! Like I said - I love it. It's not for everyone though. There are still a lot of closed-minded people out there that think only white trash get tattoo's. Well I'm here to tell ya', times are changing! I'm sure it will always be at least a little taboo - I certainly hope so anyway!
The burden of originality is one that most people don't want to accept. They'd rather sit in front of the TV and let that tell them what they are suppose to like, what they're suppose to buy, and what they're suppose to laugh at. You have Beavis and Butthead telling you what music you're allowed to like and not like, and you've got sitcoms that have canned laughter that lets you know when to laugh if you're too stupid to know when the joke is. People are too lazy and too stupid to think for themselves because America has raised them that way.
