Without seeing it I cant be sure but from the sounds SUGAR its probably Tinea Versicolor I get it too and it gets worse with heat. Its commonly caught from tanning beds and weight benchs. Does it itch? I get it in the same places as you have it. You can go to a dermo but the best way to get rid of it is to use Selson Blue and wash the area 2 times a day. The chemical in selson blue kills it. Hope I could help
