It doesn't actually work like that bro. The 50 lbs you lose will be fat, water and muscle. I've seen guys drop 50 pounds and only lose 10% in body fat. It takes a lot of work to lose weight while keeping muscle, a lot. The thing to do is get you bf% measured by someone who actually knows how to do it. Then work from your lean body mass. If you are 250 and say 25% bf, then your lean body mass is 187.5 lbs. So, if you drop to 200 SLOWLY and keep most of your muscle then yea, you would be pretty damn lean. Chances are your lean body mass would drop a little to. So, lets say you drop to 200 lbs and your lbm drops to 180, that puts you at 10% body fat. That's not bad. A little more work and you would soon be at 8.
