thats my wife! she doesnt want me going easy cous she's 'a girl' the other girls make comments to her in the locker wishin their boyfriends/husbands would come with them.

When I train my wife she has a hard time keeping focused on workingout, I am a lot harder on her in the gym then normal. She doesnt uderstand that I am completely serious in the gym and its not a place to fool around

Just tell her that if your affectionate towards her in the gym you'll lose your edge working out. Explain that most guys use aggression in order to fuel the fire when they work out. How are you supposed to stay in the ZONE when your being all lovey dovey with your chick? I always tell my woman don't make me laugh or talk to me much while I'm working out because its hard to stay aggressive when someone being funny or nice!
