    scared shitless!

    well as everyone knows i have ahd a shitty past 2 days well i wnet to hooters and me and my boy had 8 pitchers (=4 beers a pitcher) well on the way home i awas in my g/f car that is a sports car and it goes fast well i got pulled over running 110 in a 70 and lucky i the cop was nice and i passed my alcihole test well i still got a driving with a suspended licesecne ticket and a speeding tickedt my g/f is gona kill me when she gets home well i am scared shitless of this because my probation officer is gonna eat my ass, well i auvhe some friensds that are working right now that think they can get me out of this i really hope so i know i drnk tonight and am gonna regret this in the am but my life sucks right now and i am doing my beest to fgo toe the gym to handle this abd it helps a little but i lost control and turned back to alichol but i ma geting better sorry guys if i disappointed you! i am woprkijng one beng bettter11! my giriu have tuebrened intoi a guy that this boards has knoen l being out of town is hurint me more than anyone can bealeevie and its hurinting me as a persion i have never ben like this abd she has made me so much of a better personm i am, i am so sorry fi am fucked up

    Damn alcohol is not the solution and could worsen if something like this happens. Just hang in there bro. I've been through worst and lots of problems lately with my bussiness situation and other stuff but believe me alcohol n drugs will not solve problems and could lead into bigger problems ....... been there done that! Just relax and go hit some golf balls at the driving range ,try to hit the guy driving the truck if it makes u feel better! Be strong and take care.

      Byron, I know you are stronger than this...you talked to your gf, you know she is safe and she was trying her best to get find a phone where she could call you. Instead of being relieved you turned to alcohol.

      You have really been a pleasure to have around the boards and I would hate for all of your progress to be flushed down the toilet because you weren't smart enough to get a DD when you drink. How well do you think your relationship will flourish if you end up in jail?

      You know I am speaking as a friend. I hope you find an alternative way to relieve stress and make more mature decisions when you are upset.

          NO ONE CAN MAKE YOU A BETTER PERSON!

          Only you control your choices, no one else. If you have changed yourself for her, but you act differently when she's not around, then I think you need to rethink some things. You need to change you for yourself, and the benefit you will gain from it. Trust me when I tell you I know stess, I know the kind of stress you are feeling right now about this situation. But it's up to you to make choices in life and not based on what anyone else will think of you but what you think of yourself. You need to do what is right for Byron, not for your g/f or it will never work.

          You know the benefit of doing the right thing. If you were sober you would not have made this decision, right? So a smart move for you is to avoid alcohol until you can consume it responsibly. I didn't drink a drop of alcohol for 2 years and now I can sit a have just one beer, or one drink, or one glass of wine without wanting more. It took me two years to gain that control because I have an addictive personality. I think, from talking to you, that you do too. People like us need to say no at all costs because we take it too far. 8 pitchers is too far, but you already know that.

          You got a lot of people on hear who would take time out of their day to talk with you. Just call one of us up, or get on here and get some reassurance that things will be just fine. Use us to get through the tough times, not alcohol. Eveyone on here knows stress and dificulty, feed off of our experiences.
