It makes me gag when I see the flag of the USA being burned or desecrated on our soil.

Our national symbol should never be permitted to be used as a way in which to railroad an opinion.
I have very strong feelings that it never occurred to our forefathers or the men who died for our freedoms, the men of honor, that our flag would be permitted to be used in such a fashion.

I'm all for an amendment which states that it would be considered a criminal offense if the flag is desecrated & used in any other fashion but to be a symbol of our respect for our military & nation.
