WHEN I LEAVE THE COMPUTER FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME AND COME BACK TO IT,IT DOESNT POP UP RIGHT AWAY ITS LIKE ITS A SLEEP.I HAVE TO MOVE MY MOUSE IN CIRCLES TO GET IT TO COME ON.OR KEEP PRESSING THE SPACE BAR OR ANY BUTTON

Its just in hibernate mode. You can probably change this by going to the control panel then click power options. You will probably see that in the power schemes tab that the monitor and hard disk shut off within a certain amount of time. You can try to change that. You can also go to the hibernate tab (same place) and try to disable that option as well.
