lauch him bro, cut your liability. zero tolerance is ZERO. your job as boss is to protect you and the companies best intrest (i'm sure you know that). typically if you think he's an asshole anyways, you have numerous resons besides this to cut him. hopefully some of those reasons are documented with right-ups! been there...done that, i hesatated, owner settled out of court for 250K!!! buisnesses never win sexual herassment cases!!HE WHO MAKES A BEAST OF HIMSELF, GET'S RID OF THE PAIN OF BEING A MAN!!

oh, and it would be a good ideal to take her asside, with a witness, and let her know that the company in no way would tollerate such an action by one of it's employees, and while there is no other witnesses to verify her accout, you thought it would be in the best intrest of all to cut ties with this guy, based on his past performance at his job duties. you dont want to find this guy guilty of this without proof. that'll smack ya down the other way.
