Don't go that far ByRon, lol! If you really trust this girl, and it sounds like this guy is plutonic. Let her make the arrangement. DON'T involve yourself, as it will make you look controling and she will think you don't trust her. It would totally be downgrading to her for you to be big brother in this situation. if you trust her dude...let her decide..tell her it's up to her, dont get sideways if she decides to go, and tell her you wont get sideways. i would totally let my wife decide...if something were to happen, then it would happen. stopping her NOW, would not change anything. if it were to happen, it'd be over, but obviosly it would've been over before that, that would just tell me it was over. jmo

Personally i'd dump her ass if she went, and I wouldn't let it go that she asked. There's no need for that type of shit if she loves you, and especially if she knows how you'll feel about it.
Timma, but he must trust her at some point. She cant give up her friends just because he doesn't want her to go out with guys. Only thing im leary about is that most guys no matter how much they say they are just friends will think about the opposite sex in some form in a sexual way, if they are half way attractive,at least in their minds. And with ByRon's gf, the guy would either have to be a homo or brain dead not to think of her in this way.
But there are other ways where he can find the trust. This guy is probably looking for a good time afterwards, unless like you said he's gay. The only way I could see it working is if this guy had a girl that somehow couldn't go.

yea, but it still come down to trusting her...dude...if she was to cheat, do you think you'll stop it? i've been married 15 yrs, and i trust my wife 100%. i would NEVER tell her NO!! i agree with sugar that if you handle it properly then this could make your relationship stronger. if she was gonna cheap on you or be dishonest this is not the way it would happen. and if this leads to her doing something then she wasn't your to begin with and you would have found out sooner or later. jealousy is a horrible feeling and only leads to chaos in my opinion. and the only way to get rid of the emotion is to establish a secure relationship....which takes trust. and things like this will build that trust. in situations like this i always let them do what ever they want. i want to see how they are gonna handle the situation and how they take me into consideration. don't get mad at her for asking either, she did nothing wrong. by giving her space here i think you will come out looking good!

actually yes the first night she came and hung out with me she was at a party with him and they talked in a bedroom forl ike an hour about there ex's and he never tried anyhting
