HAD A PHYSICAL FROM A DOC RECENTLY AND HE MADE ME COUGH BUT MADE ME COUGH LIKE 4 TIMES WELL FIRST I THOUGHT I HAD ONE OF THOSE QUEER DOCS BUT HE SAID I HAVE A VERY MILD HERNIA ON THE LEFT SIDE.I HAVE NO PAIN SO HE JUST SAID TO WATCH IT.

be careful FUZo i have a bud on my rugby team who is out 4 the season because he had a mild one that lead 2 a very severe hernia...be careful -

I got one of those too. Somtimes it gets sore. most of the time it's ok though. just don't overstress the area enought to make it tear.Do, or Do Not, There Is No Try!Comment
