        been a while since i got it checked, some where in the teens! want to cut till i see them.....................

                              i have no idea bro. don't forget i've been out of the gym for 8 months due to my wrist. so i have alot of muscle i need to get back as well so the scale won't be a good measurement for me.
                              my plan is
                              started no carbs on 3-21 with cardio every day. low intense--30 minutes my first carb day will be 4-9
                              then i will carb deplete for 5 days and carb load for 2 days (weekends) i will follow the "anabolic diet" till my rehab is over and i'm finally able to get back to lifting. then it will be a diet 55%protein 30% carbs and 15% fat while i'm regaining my strength. then its cycle time hopefully it will be july 1st when i'm ready for a cycle
