the one i am loooking at buying i think the carb is messed up and he wants to get it fixed before he sells it! it starts up and everything but when you get on it it cuts out!!

SOUNDS LIKE CARB PROBLEMS....DIRT IN THE JETS (TAKE CARB APART AND CLEAN) IF IT CRANKS AND IDLES THE PILOT JET IS FINE BUT WHEN YOU GET ON IT IT STALLS...THAT MEANS YOU EITHER HAVE DIRT IN THE BOWL OR MAIN JET IS CLOGGED. SIMPLE AND EASY TO FIX
