car question...

hey... got a quick question.....
the last month or so my car has gotten really weird.. whenever i go over a pothole with the back tires (especially back right) the car seems to shift/move to the side by like few inches... even when i'm going straight, it still moves to the side by a bit... it feels like in that millisecond while the tire is in the air, someone shoves the car to the side.. like throws it off ballance.....
i thought the tire was loose... that's what it feels like... i tightened the bolts as much as i could but nothing has changed... kicked the tire around and everything seems to be in place... nothing loose.....

like i said i noticed it just few weeks ago... the car is 2y old and has 25k on it... it's a focus... it's really been bugging me lately.....

It's possible you may have a bad rear strut. I'd have it checked while it's under warranty.

or could be ur axle is well.. u know where the bearings are....
take it back to the dealer, i'am sure it's still under the warrenty

put it on a jack and the try to wiggle the wheel, that will tell you if it's the wheel bearings. More likely it's in the suspension system. I'm not sure what kind of setup you have but thats what I would say it was.

Or it could be the subframe, but not likely if the car wasn't in an accident. If the bolts securing the subframe are not tight or are stripped, the car would "shift" when accelerating or when going over bumps...Definitely get it checked out bro...
