Photo albums pictures etc personal saved paperwork, jewlery, and wallet and wife's purse, as we have all our credit cards, ss#, lic, etc in them and i know its a ***** to have to run around and get them replaced. Everthing else can be replaced with homeowner's insurance.

bro i had to do it. i had a 75 gallon marine tank. took me 6 months to get it cycled and just finished stocking the entire tank. prob 1000 bucks worth of fish. condo caught fire lost every freakin fish!
